The mulberry tree is a symbolic one, particularly in Greek, Chinese and Japanese mythology. The symbolism of the tree varies, but the symbolism I prefer is linked to Greek mythology where the tree is seen as a symbol of wisdom.

Free music to match or change your mood

I recently came across a site providing free play lists linked to themes like relaxing. You could use this to match your mood or try to change your state of mind, if you are feeling down for example. You could even try a mixture of music and colour (see earlier post).
